Most creators believe LinkedIn works like Instagram: post something, hope it goes viral, and pray someone magically hires you.

Reality is brutally different; clients don’t hire you because a post hit 10K views. They hire you because they trust your mind.

After creating more than 100 pieces of content, testing multiple formats, and growing thousands of followers in a short time, here’s what I’ve learned about how people actually find you, trust you, and eventually hire you.

My Results from Incognito Browser
1. Your niche is the anchor of your brand

Your niche isn’t “design,” “marketing,” or “branding.”

It’s the intersection of:

  1. What you know
  2. What you believe
  3. What people actually need

Your niche becomes your promise: “I can help you with this specific thing better than anyone else.” Without a niche, you’re invisible. With a niche, you’re unforgettable.

2. Your message is your personality in words

People follow voices, not skills.

Your message is shaped by:

  1. Your beliefs
  2. Your frustrations
  3. Your experiences
  4. Your worldview

This is why storytelling is so powerful: it turns your past into someone else’s lesson.

3. Clients don’t come from virality; they come from discoverability

There are 7 ways clients find you:

  1. Search: You appear for keywords like “brand,” “branding,” “identity,” or “designer.”
  2. Comments: Your ideas show up in conversations.
  3. Carousels: You demonstrate knowledge through simplicity.
  4. Your profile: Optimized keywords, clarity, results.
  5. Word of mouth: Someone mentions your name in a meeting.
  6. Website: Validation. Proof. Professionalism.
  7. Other platforms: Your presence multiplies your credibility.

It’s a system. Not magic.

4. Repetition builds familiarity, and familiarity builds trust

People hire the creator they remember. That’s why your content needs to circle one core identity.

Every piece of content is a brick in your authority, every carousel is a chapter, every story is a connection point.

Over time, all of this adds up to one thing: Brand gravity. Your work starts pulling opportunities toward you.

5. Your creator identity is the foundation of everything

When you know:

  1. who you help
  2. Why do you help them
  3. How you communicate
  4. and what you believe

You’ll never run out of content, clients, or clarity again.

To Sum Up

LinkedIn isn’t a place to “post and pray.” It’s a place where people hire minds they trust. If you want to dominate your niche, own your message, and turn content into opportunity, start by building your creator identity.

And if you want help with that… you know where to find me.😉
